You will find MANY pictures of the homeless man I found sometime ago at a flea market. I will show his BEFORE and AFTER pic's.
I had mentioned before, that Grandpa had been wearing a catheter for sometime, and needed an operation desperately. I am very happy to announce that he had the operation and can now live with dignity and without pain! The operation took place in Mexico, because the cost would have been astronomical had it been performed here in the United States. I won't elaborate, but I had a HELL of a time crossing him back across the bridge. It was all worth it!
This man has brought such happiness to my life, and he will live with me for the rest of his life. I could never imagine life without him!
He upsets me at times because he is constantly working around my house and has it SPOTLESS! Another thing that upsets me is, that he refuses to wear the nice close I buy for him at the second hand shop where I buy just about all of my clothes, too. For Christmas, I bought him some very nice BRAND new clothes, but he continues wearing his old rags. He washes them everyday, but since he's constantly cleaning, he gets all dirty! Every night, he washes his old rags and puts them on again in the morning. In these pictures I've provided for you, you will see how he always has a cleaning rag hanging from his pants!
I provide him with ALL of his creature comforts, plus his medication. This wonderful angel will never again know hunger, fear; nor will he ever sleep out in the streets under bridges! NEVER!
He attends to my big yard and pets. They have grown to love him as much as I do!
I am constantly mentioning my homeless man in my Live Journal and had never posted pictures of this wonderful man. I now have his permission to do so.
If you would like to know how I met this man, you will find the answer in my Live Journal:
I Picked Up A Man, Right Off The Streets

I will FIRST show pictures of the clothes I've bought Grandpa
at the second hand store. The actual pictures that you will be
seeing of Grandpa show him in the ugliest rags I've ever seen.
He's stubborn and refuses to wear the more presentable clothes
I have provided for him! He insists on wearing his old and raggedy
clothes that should have been tossed into the trash a long time ago!

I bought this Dog Sweatshirt and these adorable ties with the
Bugs Bunny, Tasmanian Devil, Daffy Duck and Sylvester the Cat
design on them.

I bought him these really nice brand new shirts for Christmas.
He hasn't worn them yet. Just look at the horrible old shirt I
grabbed from the hamper! This is just an example of the ugly,
raggedy things he insists on wearing!

THIS IS GRANDPA'S BEDROOM.

I bought just about everything you see in Grandpa's bedroom at the
second hand. Don't presume I buy 2nd hand for Grandpa only I buy
most of my own stuff from the second hand store, too, and I love it!

Isn't this beautiful?

This is how much I paid for it. It still has the tags!

I paid a dollar for each of these throw pillows!

This is the other side of Grandpa's bedroom. I bought the drapes
and stuffed tiger new, but everything eles you see in this picture
are second hand.

I'm very excited that I found this Dockers Home, 100% Cotton,
75% Down comforter for a mere $9.99! Grandpa loves it!

All second hand USED articles MUST be santitized by law.
