Strain into collins glass and serve with a straw. Caribbean Pina Colada 3 cups pineapple juice 2 cups crushed pineapple 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut 1 cup rum 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
